Ok so I’m currently doing a 7 day smoothie challenge, which also means I’m raw atm, and I wanted to create some great smoothie recipes, and I think I just made the best ever.
It’s super simple.
- 1 banana
- 7 soft dates (if yours are dry soak them for an hour)
- Sprinkle of salt (I used pink Himalayan)
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- A few scrapes of vanilla beans, or 2 drops of vanilla essence.
- About 1.5 cups water
Blend it all up till super smooth and bam!
